When and where do we practice?
Currently we work with companies that have a common area or office that is large enough to practice before work, at lunch or directly after work.
What is the cost of the program and what does it include?
All of our pricing is based on an hourly teaching rate.
We offer 8, 12 and 16 class options that extend over 2 months. Prices start from £100 per hour. Sessions are capped at 12 people for expert assistance. We supply the props for those who do not have any. Mats will need to be provided by the individual. We supply the headspace.
