These group sessions are not Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I offer these on a 1-1 basis. If you’re interested please contact me here.

what happens next?

Step 1

If you would like to join session please fill out a Registration Form before coming, that helps me create as safe and supportive experience as possible. You’re welcome to answer as many questions as you like.  


We can schedule a chat on Whats App or Zoom and go over it then (approximately 15min). In my schedule I allow 25mins incase you have any questions you may want to ask. It might also help you build a first impression to hear my voice and/ or see my face. If you’d rather not use Whats App or Zoom we can use email an I can send you the form.

The chat is totally free and there is no obligation to take up the session.

All information is kept to the strictest confidence. Feel free to share this form with your friends, or family, therapist or doctor.

If you decide to book a session for the safety of all participants please provide a photo of your Covid Vaccine Card or negative results of PCR test within 72 hrs of the session date. (For indoor sessions)

To book a session we require payment in full via Revolut or bank transfer before the session and that secures your spot. (I will send you the payment info and address once you decide to book)
