This session includes standing and balancing poses and Qi Gong breath work.

Yoga helps regular walkers become more flexible, mindful and aligned when they hike. Walking offers greater lung capacity and overall fitness.

Deepen your practice in the beauty of your surroundings, fresh air and life's elements. Walks are easy to moderate please bring appropriate footwear for walking and waterproofs if it looks like it will rain, water bottle, your mat and your sense of adventure.
